Alyssa Duncan, M.A, LPC is a licensed professional counselor in the Amarillo area. She graduated from WTAMU with a BA in English Education in 2015 and at that time became a teacher. Alyssa graduated with her MA in Mental Health Counseling from WTAMU in 2020. 

Alyssa has experience in a variety of settings. She has worked a behavioral health hospital, in private practice and with college students at a local community college. Through these various settings, Alyssa has experience with a myriad of populations across the lifespan. 

Through an EMDRIA-approved EMDR training, Alyssa is EMDR trained and offers EMDR in her practice. Alyssa's primary approach integrates EMDR with other modalities to offer holistic treatment. Ultimately, Alyssa aims to assist client's in achieving their goals, removing obstacles to change and facilitate transformative healing.
